With the lockdown still in place, we wanted to give Halloween fanatics a way to celebrate the spooky season in the comfort of their own homes. We’ve curated a list of 10 horror movies on Netflix and we want you to let us know which is the scariest according to your heart rate.

5 winners will be selected at random to receive the Apple Watch Series 6 which has a functionality to monitor your heart rate. Once chosen, you’ll have to watch all 10 movies and let us know which one made your heart rate spike the most!

To be selected as one of our horror movie heart rate critics, simply fill out the form below with your full name, email address, and guess which of the 10 movies you think will be the scariest.

Important Dates:

  • Applications open on Monday, October 12, 2020 at 12:00AM PST.
  • Applications close on Saturday, October 31, 2020 at 11:59PM PST.
  • All movies must be watched within the week they receive their Apple Watch. Heart rate must be tracked and reported back within 5-days.

Terms and Conditions

The rules of the competition and the prize for the winner are as follows:

  1. The promoter of this competition is Centerfield Media Holding Company, a Delaware corporation (“Centerfield”) whose principal office is located at 12130 Millennium Dr #600, Los Angeles, CA 90094.
  2. Employees of Centerfield or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
  3. Persons must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have reached the age of majority under the laws of the state where you reside, in order to participate.
  4. Only citizens of the United States are eligible to participate.
  5. THIS COMPETITION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
  6. There is NO ENTRY FEE AND NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THIS COMPETITION. Any purchase or consideration otherwise given by entrants will not improve one's chances of winning.
  7. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are available via Centerfield. Individuals may enter to win by clicking on the participation link on Centerfield’s applicable website. Upon clicking the participation link, entrants will be asked to provide their name and contact information so that Centerfield can notify the winner of the results.
  8. Closing date for entry will be Saturday, October 31, 2020 at 11:59 PM PST. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  9. Five winners will be selected from the entire pool of eligible entries. The selection process will be at the discretion of the Centerfield team. The winner will be required to complete certain tasks determined by Centerfield. 
  10. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 5 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  11. The winner specifically acknowledges that a prize package shall be provided and fulfilled by Centerfield.
  12. Centerfield will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
  13. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and Centerfield reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  14. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current federal and state data protection legislation and to the extent prohibited by applicable law will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
  15. Centerfield is not liable for any claims or threats resulting from this competition
  16. Centerfield decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be considered.
