Watch THIS Wednesday: ‘The Crowded Room’

In this week's “Watch THIS Wednesday,” Media Melanie highlights “The Crowded Room,” a psychological thriller miniseries on Apple TV+. Check out her take below:

This is the sort of show I don't want to say too much about given how it's structured, but what I will say is that I enjoyed the details, perspective, and visual portrayal of the mind. The story centers on young Danny Sullivan (Tom Holland) who attempts a shooting in New York City in the late '70s and then the story behind how he got there and the subsequent aftermath. Amanda Seyfried plays Rya, someone helping investigate his case, and Danny Sullivan's mother is played by Emmy Rossum. The leading cast definitely kept me engaged despite it being a slow burn at times.
