do you not know how to search for apps? FireTV has a dedicated RFD app. Just install and sign up.

    5. Anonymous says:

I’m old school also and not very ‘tech minded’. However I did download the app from my fire stick and today I’m watching Red Stegall and Doc Talk! I did have to use my laptop to make an account thru my email and pay the streaming fee & we are watching our favorite channel. I cut the Dish cord after many years of service but when I tried to get a lower rate for my years of service I was told when I moved from one state to back home I was considered a new customer so therefore my prior years didn’t count as a long time customer. I said goodbye to Dish and bought an antenna. Haven’t missed anything except RFD-TV.

    6. Edward Brown says:

We pay $10 a month for RFD APP and are very disappointed. Looked forward to country music on Saturday nights. IT IS NOT ON THE APP. Don’t know if it is just not on app or is whole program schedule has changed.

  7. Keith Brownell says:

Are you going to get an app?

  8. JGreen says:

I pay for RFD TV on Dish Network now, and I have to pay again to stream it,.??

    1. jogrin says:

If you are paying for the cable you dont need to stream it. This is about us who refuse to pay cable bills and watch tv by streaming it in from the world wide web.
There is some free tv you can watch but all the good stuff charges for you to see their channels. I pay for netflix and prime and paramount plus and we have hulu currently also. Sometimes we get disney plus also. I still cant get rfdtv for free.

  9. Wendell Rea says:

Will the RFD channel ever be offered on Hulu?

  10. Joan says:

What happen to rfd getting on basic tv. I’ve had to cut a tier out of my spectrum and now I can’t get rfd. I will miss it dearly.

  11. Linda says:

We love RFD tv however cable is getting so expensive now we can’t watch it sure miss it. FIO’s used to have it. Why not on Netflix

  12. Wendi says:

So went through and signed up for country club rfd so we can start watching market day report… Am wanting to stream on my TV so downloaded the Firefox app on my phone and tv (firestick) I get it to pull up but RFD won’t let me login now… Thoughts??

  13. Steve says:

I am moving going to you tube in our new home.. cutting the cord.. will get you tube tv and some other apps, thru firestick. hopefully RFDTV will be there. Enjoy watching some programs and we presently DVR them butwill not got back to 225+ dollars a month just to get RFDtv, sorry

    1. Barb says:

I understand exactly how you feel. We are just in the first stages of moving to full streaming. We just had our tv company stream in shows they offer by using Roku. Locking how Roku works may be the streaming devise we use when we move to full stream. We have Apple TV and fire stick but right now as we look at Roku because it how we get our tv service I am impressed. I have looked up streaming RFDtv and you it as a stand alone is $10 a month. Our tv I now is over $200 and we have another service at our Town house 4 hours away and it is over i$200. We Have to something very soon. Please let me know how iTube works. Thanks

  14. Rob says:

Ten dollars a month for ONE channel is outrageous. If cable charged that much my 150 channels would be 1500 dollars a month. Cutting cable but will not pay $10 a month for ONE channel. So long RFD TV!

    1. Anonymous says:

We negotiated with direct and got the bundle with the cowboy channel +19 others for 1 yr for $12 a mo

  15. Allison Volk says:

Can you stream RDFTV on Amazon firestick?

  16. DWAYNE says:

I HAVE A SMART TV WITH ROKU & OTHERS. HOW DO I GET RFD ON IT ?DO I NEED WIFI OR HOOK TO MY COMPUTER ??/ HELP !!

    1. Anonymous says:

      Ok

  17. Anonymous says:

I have ROKU and Sling blue. How can I get rfdtv? I am not a techy and live off my SS so I need cost effective idea please!

    1. Stephen Lovely says:

You’ll just need to tack on the “Heartland Extra” bundle to your Sling Blue subscription. It’s an extra $5/month and includes 10 or so other channels (American Heroes, Outdoor Channel, etc.). You should be able to add it on Sling TV’s website if you’re logged in. Thanks for reading!

  18. Anonymous says:

Like Stephen said, I added the Heartland Extra channel to Sling and am very happy with it.

I had used DirecTV for a long time, then switched to Dish when I moved to another state and and DirecTV refused to treat me as a new customer. When my Dish contract was up, I moved back to Direct as I thought their offerings and customer service were way better. But then Direct was bought by AT&T and AT&T decided to start huge annual price increases.

I decided to cut the cord. Keeping RFD was my top priority in this. Sling fit my needs the best.

I also installed a TV antenna and was amazed by what that brought me. A picture that is actually better than I was getting from Direct. Way more channels than I knew existed over the air.. I am saving a ton and enjoying TV more than before!

  19. Santa says:

Where can you see the answers too all these questions

  20. Nadine says:

If i get Roku can i get fox news and discovery channels ?

    1. Jim Eagle says:

Nadine, to get fox news and discovery channel suscribe to Sling TV. To add RFD TV beyond that is $6 extra a month. Both together is $41. If you receive your locals w/ an antenna that’s a pretty good deal.

  21. aleidabianchi says:

I know only one good place where you can watch all nfl season games . just google for “ScreenVariety Tv”. Try. It’s worth to do it 🙂

  22. Jim Sutherland says:

I guess that we are part of the recurring theme here. Enjoyed RFD very much but ditched Direct TV because of exorbitant costs and 10 bucks a month for 1channel? No thank you.

  23. Mary Harp says:

Can I watch the nfr on rfd if I pay the yearly fee

  24. Bill Marshall says:

Hoe can I watch rfd without cable. Is there something I can plug into the back of the tv.

  25. Sammy Swartz says:

I cannot get internet tv without an internet subscription and that’s where the cost is.
